SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We offer the following shipping options:
UK Standard Delivery: £3.99 (Royal Mail 2-4 working days)
International Shipping: £15.99. (Delivery within 7-14 business days.)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Bubsy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
RETURNS
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with returns tag attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at sophia@bubsy.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.
TERMS OF REFUND
We reserve the right to not refund you, if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you.
We do not offer free returns nor will we refund the original shipping cost, with the exception of faulty items. All returns to us, are shipped at your own cost.
